Our Founder and Principal is Vincent Rossetti

Prior to establishing RGR, Vincent served as the Director of State Government Relations for a top 30 lobbying firm, where he served a portfolio of over 20 clients and managed the day-to-day operations of the state practice. He began his career with former-State Assemblymember Kevin Cahill as an intern, and worked his way to Legislative Director. Vincent later served on central staff in the State Senate where he negotiated budget and policy matters in the areas of insurance, health, labor, aging, and cultural affairs.
Vincent specializes in the representation of non-profit clients in the human services, mental health, health care, and legal services sectors. He has also represented trade associations on complex policy matters and has expertise in coalition management and advocacy. At his previous firm, Vincent secured millions of dollars in program and capital funding for community based organizations, many who serve children and families. He has advanced policy measures with statewide impact, such as raising the age of arrest of children from seven to 12, adding critical mental health benefits to the Child Health Plus Program, and expanding language access. Other recent accomplishments include enactment of measures to ensure runaway and homeless youth can access health and mental health benefits, regulate predatory immigration bond companies in the state, and establish greater consumer protections for homeowners facing foreclosure.
